Cut Vinyl
Cut Vinyl Graphics are all precision computer cut from high quality self adhesive vinyl, available in almost any colour including metalics, holographics, reflective and dayglo. You are not restricted to just plain text as vinyl can be cut to any shape and overlaid to build up multicoloured images. All our graphics have a minimum outdoor life of 5 to 7 years. We can provide the graphics for you to apply. For exhibitions why not let us design and manufacture all your sign boards. Typical uses are: commercial & racing vehicle signage, exhibition and show signage, shop window and display boards, safety & warning signs, road signage, boat names, plant & equipment marking and builders site boards. Cut vinyl graphics are also suitable for banners.
Vinyl Printing
Printed and Cut Vinyl labels are a very cheap and quick way of product branding, we simply print in full colour including gold, silver foils onto almost any color of self adhesive vinyl or polyester. Our machine then automatically cuts out the label to any shape, labels no longer have to be round or square! With this digital process you don't have to pay for expensive silk screens to be made up, or pay for a custom made die for the cutting. No longer do you have to wait weeks, or have to order large quantities. We can produce a one off or ten thousand, small orders can be produced same day! (subject to artwork and workload). Typical uses are: product branding, equipment labeling, barcoding, information labels, warning labels, technical illustration, show signage, models & toys, PCB labels, wiring diagrams, HSE information.
